4.1 Authentication: - Account access is provided through OnePassword authentication - Minimum security requires email verification codes - Optional biometric authentication is available - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication methods 4.2 Account Requirements: - You must provide accurate and complete information - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5.Subscription and Payments
5.1 Pricing: - The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $100 per month - A 3-day free trial is available with the following limitations: - Maximum 500MB data sync - Maximum 3 integrations - Maximum 1000 emails 5.2 Payment Terms: - Payments are processed through Stripe - Failed payments will result in a two-week grace period before service disruption - We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for the most recent payment - Subscription cancellation is available through account settings
6.Data Rights and Privacy
6.1 Your Data: - You retain all rights to your data - You grant us limited license to host, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service - We maintain daily backups of your data for 30 days 6.2 Data Deletion: - You may request account deletion at any time - Data is retained for 30 days after account deletion - You may request immediate permanent deletion
